🎨 What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience in product management
• We want strong problem solvers - who don't obsess over solutions but on the problems we are trying to solve for our users.
• Work experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
• MBA (preferred) and B.Tech from tier 1 colleges.
• Highly polished in critical thinking skills and ability to relentless prioritize in the problem and solution space.
• Deep empathy for users and strong drive to deliver features and experiences that your users love and advocate.
• Ownership mentality: comfortable owning entire features, and ability to work with stakeholders across the company to make sure that the team achieve their goals.
• History of shipping: ability to ship products end-to-end in reasonable time frames. Ideally, a track record of working on live products.
• You're interested in helping founders around the world unlock growth in a better way.
